LOS ANGELES — The Beverly Hills-based charity founded by Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan, was considered “in good standing” by the state of California on Tuesday and no longer “delinquent” on a past due payment, the attorney general’s office said.

Nonetheless there are some points to note about the plan which have not yet been made plain, and there are some serious problems which will need to be solved before the ships arrive.

FTSE 100 hits record high on Experian boost; US CPI on tap
The blue-chip FTSE 100 was up 0.5% as of 0715 GMT after hitting a record high of 8,474.41 points in opening minutes of trade, while the mid-cap FTSE 250 rose 0.3%. Credit data firm Experian was the top gainer on the FTSE 100 with a 8.3% jump after it forecast annual organic revenue growth of between 6% and 8% for fiscal year 2025. Investors are on guard for the U.S. CPI, due at 1230 GMT, to assess the timeframe in which the Fed might begin lowering rates.
