Nov 7
Boozer had 16 points and a season-high 17 rebounds as Utah fell 104-99 to Sacramento on Saturday night. Advice: Boozer is averaging 15.7 points and 11.2 rebounds while shooting 43.0 percent from the field after an injury-plagued 2008-09 campaign and a tumultuous offseason during which the Jazz considered trading him. Though it's a somewhat slow start for the two-time All-Star, Boozer has been very effective over his last two games, averaging 21.5 points and 15.5 rebounds while connecting on 18 of 32 shots (56.3 percent). |

Boozer exploded for 27 points (12-for-20 FG, 3-for-3 FT) with 14 boards, three assists, two steals and two blocked shots against the Spurs Thursday night. Recommendation: This was Boozer's best game of the season thus far, and came after two poor games where he had averaged only 9.5 points and 6.5 boards. He had been losing time to Paul Millsap and needed a game like this to re-establish himself. |

F Carlos Boozer appeared headed for yet another disappointing game when he picked up his fourth foul less than four minutes into the third quarter and ended up back on the bench. Boozer was able to get on track in the fourth quarter, hitting two long jumpers as the Jazz fought to stay in front, and scored eight of his 12 points in the final period. |
