Jamison said Friday that he just got his walking boot off and that his right ankle- which had bone spurs removed from it- is doing well, the Washington Times reports. Recommendation: Jamison said having the cast on for three weeks was a bit unexpected, but that he now is ahead of schedule and able to start running and cutting. "Only thing is now, from having not done anything all that time, I need to work on getting my rhythm and strength back. But everything is going well." Expect Jamison to be at 100% for the start of the 2009 season at this point. |

F Antawn Jamison is once again taking yoga classes in an effort to remain healthy during the season. Jamison became a huge fan of yoga last summer. |
