Bryant (groin) scored 40 points (17-of-29 FG, 1-of-3 3Pt, 5-of-5 FT) Tuesday against the Pistons, helping snap a two-game losing streak. Recommendation: Bryant scored at least 40 points for the 100th time in his career, becoming just the third player ever to reach the century mark (Wilt Chamberlain and Michael Jordan are the others). It's safe to say Bryant, who already has four 40-point games this season, is not going to be bothered by the groin injury going forward. |
