Manager Ozzie Guillen knows he can't control what goes on in other ballparks his team will be visiting, so he is well aware of the fact that blow-up doll jokes will now follow the club wherever they go.

That was evident when Conan O'Brien made fun of it on his show Wednesday night. But Guillen was making a plea to White Sox fans on Thursday to leave the dolls at home. He warned that bringing them to the park in support would not really do any good.

"One thing we did was keep it in private," Guillen said. "I'm going to tell those White Sox fans, 'Please, don't bring those dolls to the park. Please, we have kids here.' I don't think it's good for the image of the game. There are a lot of kids watching the game."
