INF Wilson Betemit hit a two-run homer in the eighth inning to give the Orioles some breathing room in Tuesday's 4-1 win. It was Betemit's seventh homer of the season -- one shy of last year's eight homers. His career high is 18, hit in 2006. He hit 14 in 2007 and 13 in 2010. He's on pace for about 25 home runs at his current rate.

Betemit hit his seventh home run of the season Tuesday against the Red Sox, a two-run shot giving him 21 RBI on the season.
Recommendation: Betemit struggled mightily to open the season but was hitting .241/.319/.465 with a .288 BABIP since April 22 entering the game. It's a selective endpoint, to be sure, but it gives you a good idea of what to expect from him with normal luck. As he qualifies at third base, he could be worth a look in some formats.
