Pierre, in his fifth consecutive start in left field, went 1-for-3 with a walk, stolen base, and two runs scored Monday against the Mets. Recommendation: Andre Ethier has been the guy losing the majority of the playing time lately, though Andruw Jones has seen the bench as well. If anyone deserves more time on the pine, it's Jones, he of the .158 average and one home run in 102 at-bats. |
