Next Match: away to TSG Hoffenheim, November 28 Borussia Dortmund general manager Hans-Joachim Watzke has called on his club's fans to show respect for Hoffenheim and its owner Dietmar Hopp this weekend. The same fixture last season was marred by insults and death threats from Dortmund fans aimed at Hopp, but Watzke has written a letter to his club's followers asking them to behave themselves. "Mr Hopp is an honest man who does not deserve to be the target of evil attacks," he wrote. "I therefore ask you not to make Mr Hopp the target once again of insults. We ask all of our fans to stand by us, by our colors and to support our team." |
