Man dead after vehicle crash, fire on Princeton Street

A 60-year-old man died in a vehicle crash that caught fire Wednesday morning in Orlando, according to the Orlando Police Department.

At around 1:10 a.m. a crash was reported on 514 West Princeton Street after a vehicle struck a wall and caught fire, said OPD’s Lt. Anthony Mongelluzzo.

The fire has been extinguished, and one person, the driver, was pronounced dead at the scene, Mongelluzzo said.

Princeton is currently open for traffic. Police are still investigating.
