On Sunday night, Hollywood’s finest hit the red carpet at L.A.’s Fairmont Century Plaza in honor of the Screen Actors Guild Awards.
It was a night full of big wins, heartwarming speeches and, of course, tons of stunning fashion. Zendaya, nominated for Best Female Actor in a Drama Series for her lead role on “Euphoria,” was a particular standout on the carpet.
The 26-year-old actress wore two dresses over the course of the evening, but she started the night in a beautiful light pink strapless Valentino gown covered in this season’s most popular detail: rosettes. To complete her ensemble, celebrity makeup artist Raoúl Alejandre took inspiration from her dress to create her makeup look with a range of Lancôme products.
According to the beauty brand, Alejandre said, “The Valentino Haute Couture rose gown inspired Zendaya’s makeup look for the 2023 SAG awards. We created a soft monochromatic look inspired by the silk roses in the gown… The lip was also carefully thought out and rather than going for a cool tone we decided to clash and finish off the look with a neutral liner and a peachy centered lip for warmth.”
To create this special lip, Alejandre used Lancôme’s Le Lip Liner in Ideal and L’Absolu Rouge Cream Lipstick in Mon Macaron.
