Yankees agree to deal with All-Star pitcher Marcus Stroman: reports

Marcus Stroman is heading back to New York.

The Long Island native — and former Met — has agreed to a deal with the Yankees, according to multiple reports.

Stroman spent last season with the Chicago Cubs where he posted a 3.95 ERA in 27 games.

The two-time All-Star fills a need for the Yanks who have been openly desperate for starting pitching this offseason.
