St. Louis Battlehawks running back Brian Hill delivered on a promise Sunday as his team dueled the D.C. Defenders in XFL 2023 play.

Hill had said he would deliver the People’s Elbow — made famous by XFL honcho Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.

AJ McCarron found Hill wide open in the flat and the RB did the rest.

Once the six points were on the scoreboard, Hill went into his WWE act.
