Wisconsin offers a 2023 DL with an impressive offer list
On Wednesday, Wisconsin football’s newest 2023 offer was extended to DL Kendrick Gilbert. Gilbert is one of those recruits who may only have a three-star designation at this point in the process per 247Sports, but has an offer list that looks beyond that star rating.
The Indiana native is a 6-foot-5 defensive lineman currently playing for Cathedral High School in Indianapolis. He holds offers from the likes of Notre Dame, Iowa, Indiana, Michigan, Penn State, and Cincinnati. With a plethora of top programs recruiting him, Wisconsin jumped in this week. On Tuesday afternoon, Gilbert announced the offer via his Twitter account:
