Wisconsin moves up in the latest USA TODAY Sports AFCA Coaches Poll
Even after a close victory against the now 3-8 Nebraska Cornhuskers, the Wisconsin Badgers rose two spots to No. 18 in the latest USA TODAY Sports AFCA Coaches Poll.
After their blowout victory over the Michigan State Spartans, Ohio State moved up one spot to No. 3 and the Spartans dropped five spots to No. 13. Elsewhere in the Big Ten, Iowa rose to No. 12, while Michigan moved up to No. 6.
The USA TODAY Sports AFCA Coaches Poll top 10 for this week is Georgia(1), Alabama(2), Ohio State(3), Cincinnati(4), Notre Dame(5), Michigan(6), Oklahoma State(7), Mississippi(8), Oklahoma(9) and Baylor(10).
Wisconsin will match up on the road against the Minnesota Golden Gophers to battle for Paul Bunyan’s Axe and the Big Ten West title next Saturday, Nov. 27 at 3:00 p.m. CST.
