Will Todd Gurley be the consensus #1 overall pick in fantasy in 2019?

Todd Gurley finished the 2018 fantasy football as the top running back in Yahoo’s standard half-point PPR scoring system. He scored 342.6 total points for his fantasy owners.

Gurley’s regular season would end in Week 15 due to a knee injury. Nonetheless, the star Rams runner had another excellent year, totaling 1831 yards from scrimmage and 21 touchdowns. He seems poised to once again dominate not only the top part of fantasy drafts in 2019, but the first overall pick.

But could the case be made for a couple of other stud RBs who are worthy of that status?

Brad Evans and Andy Behrens look ahead to 2019 and offer up some options who could challenge Gurley for that top spot.
