The San Francisco Chronicle's Susan Slusser reported Sunday that a thunderstorm below mobile stairs into the wing of the A's team plane.

To make matters worse, Slusser reported the new plane wouldn't be able to hold all of the A's equipment. The team had to air freight a portion of their equipment overnight for their 4:10 p.m. PT game against the Rays on Monday in Tampa Bay.
