There's #NoTime2Sleep in the Wilson household, even during quarantine.

While working out alongside Russell Wilson Quarterback Academy quarterbacks coach Jake Heaps, Russell Wilson decided to let his stepson, Future Jr, get in some reps.

As it turns out, little dude has quick feet.

"QB Work! Young Star in the making," Wilson captured the video on Twitter.

People on social media were impressed with the 5-year-old's step drop. Some even told Wilson they loved the way he was preparing Future Jr. to be a leader, and quarterback of the future.

Future won't be the only member of the Wilson family to carry on the football legacy.

Russell and Ciara announced in April that the two are expecting a boy together! In the gender reveal video, the Wilsons shot colored powder and confetti into the air and burst of blue floated through the sky.
