Where is the Belnord actually located?
The Belnord is located at 225 W 86th Street on New York City's Upper West Side between Broadway and Amsterdam Avenue.
Built in 1908, the Belnord is 13 stories tall and occupies one full city block. With over 200 units, the Belnord's amenities include a fitness center, sport's court, club lounge, dining room, children's playroom, and a teen room. Not to mention there's a 22,000 square foot courtyard and garden.
According to its website, the Belnord is the "grandest" apartment complex. It has over six distinct residential lobbies, a private residential elevator, a grand, open staircase, and a private freight lift.
