The University of Georgia is in the midst a historic, record-breaking 2022 NFL draft, that saw the Bulldogs break a program-record for players taken.

Kirby Smart and the Georgia Bulldogs don’t rebuild though; the Dawgs reload. Georgia has an immense amount of NFL talent on its roster.

Georgia should have a lot of players selected early in the 2023 NFL draft. The 2023 NFL draft class features some impressive quarterbacks like Alabama’s Bryce Young and Ohio State’s C.J. Stroud. Additionally, Alabama outside linebacker Will Anderson Jr. is expected to be in contention for the No. 1 overall pick.

Player rankings rise and fall throughout the college football season and new stars emerge, but oftentimes a way-too-early NFL draft prediction is not terribly inaccurate.

Where are Georgia Bulldogs ranked for the 2023 NFL draft? There are seven UGA players ranked in the top 100.

10. Defensive tackle Jalen Carter

Jalen Carter will anchor Georgia’s defensive line in 2022 along with Nolan Smith. Carter is an excellent pass rusher. He only recorded three sacks in 2021, but was a menace for opposing offenses.

Several NFL draft scouts and analysts have called Jalen Carter the most disruptive player on the 2021 Georgia defensive line. Carter is projected to go in the first round of the 2023 NFL draft.

11. Cornerback Kelee Ringo

Kelee Ringo, a former five-star recruit, missed his freshman season with a shoulder injury. Ringo started many games for the Bulldogs in 2021 and made a legendary national championship-clinching interception.

Ringo has a lot of physical talent. He will be Georgia’s No. 1 cornerback in 2022.

20. Defensive end Nolan Smith

Nolan Smith was the top-ranked recruit in the country coming out of IMG Academy. Smith has 8.5 career sacks. He forced four turnovers in 2021 and is expected to be Georgia’s best edge rusher in 2022.

36. Center Sedrick Van Pran

Sedrick Van Pran was arguably Georgia’s top offensive lineman last season. Van Pran came to Georgia as an elite recruit out of Louisiana. Centers aren’t valued as much as other positions in the NFL and that could prevent Van Pran from being a 2023 first round pick.

70. Offensive tackle Broderick Jones

Broderick Jones was not Georgia’s best offensive lineman last season, but the former five-star recruit is Georgia’s most talented lineman. Jones made a massive difference for the Bulldogs in the national championship game. He could easily be a first round pick in the 2023 NFL draft if he can stay healthy, become more of a technician, and gain more starting experience.

72. Edge rusher Robert Beal Jr.

Robert Beal and Nolan Smith both could have entered the 2022 NFL draft. Their return gives the Georgia defense some serious talent on the edge. Devonte Wyatt really boosted his stock when he returned for an extra season in 2021.

97. Tight end Darnell Washington

Darnell Washington, a former five-star recruit, is a key piece in Georgia’s stacked 2022 tight end room. How many 2022 Georgia tight ends will end up being drafted?
