"Yes. Welcome back Jose! Obviously, it's nice to have him back. He was desperate, you could see in the in the time when he was not in. But on the other side, it's of course, Mauricio is not there anymore. And that shows, of course, how how quick things change nowadays. I think around about five months ago we played each other in the Champions League final and now he's on holiday and I hope he can enjoy it, to be honest. He did a brilliant job at Tottenham. Nobody doubts that. Everybody knows that. He is an outstanding coach."

STORY: Liverpool manager Juergen Klopp welcomed newly appointed Tottenham manager Jose Mourinho back to the Premier League on Friday (November 22).

Ahead of his side's trip on Crystal Palace on Saturday (November 23) Klopp was in a jovial mood when commenting on the managerial changes at Spurs, whilst also wishing Mauricio Pochettino well as he leaves the Premier League after a near seven year stint at Southampton and then Tottenham.
