#3 Pittsburg (4-1) at #5 Freedom (5-0) 7:00 PM (Game of the Week): A’jae Boyd (Pittsburg) and Baylei Coston are two of the best wide receivers in Northern California and help open up their respective offenses. Freedom won both meetings last year to snap to four game losing streak to Pittsburg. Pittsburg wins 35-28

#9 Manteca (4-1) at #13 Oakdale (4-1) 7:00 PM: Oakdale is one of the most dominant home teams in the region, but Manteca did win at The Corral in 2013. Oakdale has had three double digit win seasons since then. Gino Campiotti is completing 60 percent of his passes with nine touchdowns for the Buffaloes. Oakdale wins 28-21

Miramonte (5-0) at Clayton Valley Charter (3-2) 7:00 PM: Miramonte started 8-0 in 2015 and 5-0 in 2016 before this undefeated start. Peter Stehr has rushed for 662 yards and 12 touchdowns. The Ugly Eagles have won three in a row after their 0-2 start and are giving up 18 points per game. Clayton Valley Charter wins 35-21

Wilcox (3-2) at #8 Milpitas (5-0) 7:00 PM: Milpitas has one of the best skill groups in NorCal with Tyree Bracy, Tariq Bracy and Tuni Faletau Fifita in steamrolling its schedule thus far. Wilcox, which has won three in a row, is averaging more than 350 rushing yards led by Daniel Hernandez and Paul Rosa. Milpitas wins 28-17

Sonora (4-2) at Summerville (5-0) 7:00 PM: Sonora is 20-0 since its move to the Mother Lode League and has won four straight since losses to Oakdale and Lodi to begin 2017. Dominic Esquivel is the leading rusher for the Bears, which averages 324 yards per game. They have outscored opponents 203-70 this season. Sonora wins 24-21

College Park (4-1) at Northgate (4-1) 7:00 PM: Northgate has won four straight since an opening week loss to undefeated Damonte Ranch. They have one possession wins over Deer Valley and Las Lomas, which beat College Park. Falcons’ running back Eli Dempsey has 988 yards through five games. Northgate wins 31-20

Jesuit (3-2) at Elk Grove (3-2) 7:15 PM: Elk Grove quarterback Jake Jordan and running back Zion Thomas spearhead the ground game with more than 1,300 yards. Jesuit has scored 148 points in three wins after starting 0-2. Isaiah Rutherford has gone over 100 yards rushing in four of five games. The winner of this game moves to 3-0 in the Delta League. Jesuit wins 22-21

Terra Nova (4-1) at Aragon (5-0) 7:30 PM: Terra Nova hasn’t lost on the field and Nathan Gordon (younger brother of Anthony Gordon) has thrown for 1,217 yards in completing 73 percent of his passes. This is shaping up to be the best team Aragon has fielded in a number of years with running back Paul Lautaimi rushing for four scores last week. Aragon wins 28-24

Gilroy (5-0) at Christopher (6-0) 7:30 PM: A crosstown rivalry featuring two undefeated teams will surely pack the stands on Friday. Christopher went 1-9 last year with the win being over Gilroy. Ben Sanford and Jason Scirigione have connected for 11 touchdowns. Joseph Barnes has rushed for 653 yards for Gilroy, which averages more than 300 yards as a team. Christopher wins 24-17

Colfax (5-0) at Placer (4-1) 7:30 PM: Colfax has scored at least 35 points in each game and has logged three straight shutouts. Placer has more than 900 rushing yards from Mario Perez and Marshall Chapman with a 21-0 win over Aptos highlighting the first month of the season. Placer wins 21-14
