Watch: WR George Pickens makes acrobatic catch

Former Georgia Bulldogs wide receiver George Pickens is one of the best pure ball catchers in the NFL. The Pittsburgh Steeler wide receiver can contort his body in vaired ways to haul in contested catches over defensive backs.

Pickens continued his strong preseason and training camp with an acrobatic reception against the Atlanta Falcons. The Falcons passed on Pickens twice in the 2022 NFL draft, so the former Georgia receiver had something to prove even though it is the preseason.

Pickens is trying to form a dynamic duo quarterback Kenny Pickett. Both players are entering their second seasons in the NFL and should be improved in 2023.

Last season, Pickens recorded 52 receptions for 801 receiving yards and scored four touchdowns.

Pickens, a second round draft pick, is already one of the most entertaining players to watch in the NFL. He made an incredible catch as a rookie and continues to make highlight plays look routine.

Here’s a look at Picken’s nifty 35-yard catch against the Atlanta Falcons:
