WATCH: Texans QB C.J. Stroud throws TD pass to WR Tank Dell against the Cardinals

Sooner or later, you knew it was going to be the rookie connection.

With 34 seconds left until halftime in the Houston Texans’ Week 11 matchup with the Arizona Cardinals Sunday afternoon at NRG Stadium, quarterback C.J. Stroud threw an off platform pass for fellow rookie receiver Tank Dell. The 40-yard connection helped push the Texans further from the Cardinals’ reach, 21-10.

Stroud and Dell have formed a particular connection throughout the 2023 campaign. The touchdown makes six touchdown passes for Dell on the season, breaking a tie with former tight end Owen Daniels for the most touchdown grabs by a Texans rookie.
