Stashed Boston Celtics guard Juhann Begarin is flashing signs of why the Celtics chose to draft him 45th overall in the 2021 NBA draft, having recently led the team he will play for overseas in France — Paris Basketball — to their first ever win in the highest level of competition in French basketball, LNB Pro A.

That win, an 85 – 83 squeaker over Cholet, needed every make Begarin was able to convert to secure the victory, and the Celtics draftee did not disappoint. Putting up 13 points and 4 rebounds, the still 19-year-old wing is putting his distinct imprint on the game.
