WATCH: Robbie Gould getting under the skin of the Rams

Former Penn State kicker Robbie Gould is certainly not one who is about to be intimidated in the NFC Championship Game. After going head-to-head with Rams defensive star Jalen Ramsey with some jawing after giving the 49ers a 10-7 lead at the close of the first half, Gould showed he was not about to alter his routine prior to the start of the second half of the game.

We’re not exactly sure what the story is with Ramsey and Gould, but the two definitely had to be separated a bit as the teams left the field to their respective locker rooms after Gould’s go-ahead field goal put the 49ers up 10-7 on the Rams at the end of the first half.

Then, prior to the start of the second half, Gould finished completing his warmup kicks even though Rams players were standing directly in his kicking path. Showing no reluctance to complete his process, Gould followed through on one final warmup kick right through a couple of Rams players.

Gould has played a long time in the NFL, and he is this close to a Super Bowl ring. He’s certainly not going to let a few players on the Rams get under his skin and knock him off his game now.
