It’s an important summer for Oklahoma City Thunder forward Ousmane Dieng.

After a rocky rookie season, the 20-year-old looks to establish himself in the NBA in the 2023-24 campaign. After an impressive summer league stint, Dieng continues to strengthen his offseason development by working out with a former MVP.

Dieng was spotted working out with Russell Westbrook recently on Instagram. Both players share agencies, so that likely is the reason why the two paired up.

As most know, Westbrook spent the first 11 seasons of his career with the Thunder — where he established himself as one of the greatest players of his era.

The 2017 MVP is notorious for his aggressive playstyle and with Dieng playing mostly passively, perhaps getting to know Westbrook can help change that approach.
