WATCH: Mets RHP Carlos Carrasco shares motivational video during elbow recovery

Mets RHP Carlos Carrasco is doing very well in his rehab from the elbow surgery he got on Oct. 19.

The veteran right-hander posted a video to his Instagram, and it had a nice motivational speech in the background while showing his journey from elbow surgery to where he is now, which is throwing once again.

The Mets are hoping Carrasco can pitch a lot more in 2022 than he did in his first season with the team. A torn hamstring kept him out most of the time, but a bone chip in his elbow also forced him off the mound.

In the 12 games he was able to pitch, Carrasco posted a 6.04 ERA and 1.43 WHIP.
