We all have that friend who is something like a walking music encyclopedia — if we aren’t that friend ourselves — and most of us have that friend who couldn’t name the genre of a song never mind the artist who made it.
Most of us fall somewhere in the middle of those extremes, but what about the Boston Celtics? Several members of the roster were put to the musical test to see how many genres of music they could name in 24 seconds, and it seems they have a pretty well-versed group of players on the team when it comes to musical awareness.
Watch the video tweeted by the team account embedded below to see how Robert Williams III, Semi Ojeleye and Carsen Edwards did on this particular challenge.
If there are the sort of guys who only listen to what other people put on the radio on the Celtics’ roster, it certainly isn’t these three.
