With Steph Curry ruled out after not feeling well, the Golden State Warriors will have to lean on players like Kelly Oubre Jr., Draymond Green and Andrew Wiggins.

In the first half, Oubre Jr. answered the bell. Over the first two quarters, Oubre Jr. helped pace the Warriors with 16 points on 6-of-11 shooting from the field with four boards and an assist in 19 minutes. Along with a healthy dose of scoring, Oubre Jr’s high-energy was on display.

In the second quarter, Oubre Jr. followed a Brad Wanamaker missed layup with a rim rocking two-handed dunk. After his emphatic putback dunk over Charlotte’s Jalen McDaniels, Oubre Jr, erupted with a booming scream in celebration.

To hang with the Hornets on the second leg of a road back-to-back, the Warriors will need Oubre Jr. to keep the same energy.
