WATCH: Jayson Tatum scores 28 points and 8 rebounds vs. Nuggets (4/11)

It can often be hard to follow an historic performance with something substantive, but Boston Celtics All-NBA forward Jayson Tatum did a pretty solid job against the Denver Nuggets on Sunday, helping his team defeat its mile-high opponents 105 – 87.

The St. Louis native put up 28 points, 8 rebounds, 2 assists and a steal in 33 minutes of playing time on 9-of-23 shooting. While his 2-of-7 shooting from beyond the arc was nothing to write home about, his perfect 8-of-8 attempts from the free-throw line made up for it. Not too shabby of a second act after his 53-point performance against the Minnesota Timberwolves the game prior, if we’re being honest.

Check out the highlight video of the former Duke standout’s game against the Nuggets on April 11 in the clip above, produced by Celtics fan videographer Tomasz Kordylewski.
