What is it?

It is England's second group stage game as they look to follow up their opening victory over Tunisia with all three points against minnows Panama.

When is it?

The England vs Panama match is the first of the day on Sunday, June 24 and will kick-off at 1pm UK time.

What TV channel is it on?

Live coverage begins at 12.15pm on BBC One, and as ever the broadcast will be anchored by former England striker and 1986 World Cup Golden Boot winner Gary Lineker.

Lineker was joined by Alan Shearer, Frank Lampard and Rio Ferdinand for the Beeb's coverage of the dramatic late win over Tunisia on Monday night.

"I fully expect us to beat Panama and that would give us great confidence going into that last game (against Belgium)," said Lampard.

"This is a young team and once they get through the group, which I believe they will, then they've got every chance."

What should England expect from Panama?

Panama put numbers behind the ball and defended resolutely against Belgium before eventually being undone by moments of individual brilliance. The underdogs, playing in their first World Cup finals, are not equipped to do anything else so expect England to dominate possession and probe patiently for openings.

Panama's squad is one of the oldest competition and they looked vulnerable whenever Belgium were able to counter-attack at speed. It should be a straightforward task for England, and the pattern of the game will be decided by the time of the first goal.
