WATCH: Celtic point guard Payton Pritchard’s best plays on his birthday

While he couldn’t play the night before it came due to a sprained knee, Boston Celtics point guard Payton Pritchard was on the floor shooting ahead of the Celtics 110 – 106 loss to the San Antonio Spurs Wednesday night, reportedly eyeing an early February return.

It’s clear that Boston could use his help, but for today at least he can take some time to celebrate his 23rd birthday. So far this season in his inaugural campaign, the Oregon native has put up a very healthy 7.7 points, 2.4 rebounds and 2.6 assists per game while shooting a sizzling 42.5% from beyond the arc.

With Forbes’ Chris Grenham reporting an expected return date of Feb. 3 against the Sacramento Kings, it may not be long at all until we see FastPP back on the court.

But if it’s not soon enough for you, here’s a video produced by Tomasz Kordylewski of some of his best play of the season so far in honor of his birthday.
