WATCH: Should the Boston Celtics take a step back to take two forward?

This Boston Celtics team can be so infuriating, beating some of the toughest teams in the league on some nights, and losing games to bad teams on the next. They show enough to see they will one day be a very good team, but with their inconsistent play is it fair to believe it will be this season?

And if not, should the Celtics maximize selling off contracts of players who won’t be with the franchise moving forward instead of chasing after another first-round exit? Just how good of a team does it need to be to really be worth investing in?

This is the debate going on between the hosts of the CLNS Media podcast “Celtics Stuff Live” Justin Poulin and Jon Duke in the most recent episode of their pod.

Watch the clip embedded above to hear their points of view on what the team ought to do ahead of the 2022 trade deadline.
