How to Watch: Baseball – Texas A&M vs UTRGV

Riding high off the series win over No. 4 Florida the Aggies are hoping to get some good work in against UTRGV during their last midweek matchup of the season. Texas A&M had a good showing pitching and was error-free in the three-game series en route to two of the least predictable Aggie wins this season. In game two they had an offense explosion while in game three, a walk-off balk was the game-winner. No matter how they were victorious they still go down as W’s against a top-five team.

A&M holds a large series lead over UTRGV with a 62-17 record dating back to 1975. Over the past 10 games, they are 9-1 and are currently on a seven-game winning streak against the Vaqueros. The Aggies sometimes this season have fallen asleep at the wheel during the midweek games dropping them to an opponent on paper that should have been a win. So, while I’m predicting an Aggie win, I will not guarantee it.
