A scary moment for multiple parties took place because of a sideline collision near the end zone during the Washington Football Team-Philadelphia Eagles game on Sunday.
It started with Washington quarterback Taylor Heinicke attempting to find tight end Ricky Seals-Jones for a touchdown on the right side, but the play was broken up. A shove in the back from the Eagles defender, on top of his momentum from the route, caused Seals-Jones to crash into a nearby cameraman at full speed. Their collision also drove another bystander into a wall, with Seals-Jones and the cameraman remaining down in the aftermath.
Seals-Jones was placed on a backboard and carted off the field. Per the team, he was ruled out for the rest of the game with a neck injury. The Fox broadcast said the cameraman was able to walk off the injury and returned to work.
