Along with the NFL, the Washington Football Team are celebrating their Salute to Service day in style ahead of their NFC East clash with New York.

On Saturday, the club invited 20 sailors representing the medical staff at Fort Belvoir Community Hospital, just over 30 miles south of FedEx Field. After helping install the cutouts of military members, Senior Vice President of Media Julie Donaldson extended an invitation to watch today's game against the Giants from a couple of executive suites.

The proceeds from the military cutouts go towards USO of Metropolitan Washington-Baltimore, a nonprofit aimed at providing resources to support the troops.

Not only that, but Washington also decorated their field goal post and created special USAA-themed challenge coins.

With Veterans Day approaching this Wednesday, it was a proper time for saluting the troops and honorable service the military provides. Team president Jason Wright also shared his gratitude via Twitter.
