Warriors’ Steph Curry receives custom-designed shoes from his children for his birthday

On the day the Golden State Warriors are set to meet the Western Conference-leading Utah Jazz at Chase Center, Steph Curry is celebrating his 33rd birthday.

Prior to meeting the Jazz on Sunday afternoon, the seven-time All-Star guard received a birthday gift from his three children. Riley, Ryan and Cannon presented their father with a pair of his custom-designed Curry brand Flow 8 sneakers.

The custom Curry Flow 8’s are decorated with a bright pink color complemented with a blue accent. Along with some blue striping around the ankle, the Curry brand shoes featured a unique print that looked like a mix of tie-dye and dotted paint.

Before the two-time Most Valuable Player could open his present, Curry’s family sent him on a scavenger hunt. Watch Curry opening his custom shoes via @stephencurry30 on Instagram:

Throughout the 2020-21 season, Curry has displayed a bevy of different colorways for his new branded shoes with Under Armour. Curry has recently worn “We Believe” and purple-themed shoes.

Curry will likely don his new special birthday set of kicks against the Jazz at Chase Center on Tuesday. The Warriors are set to host the Jazz for a matinee at 1 p.m. PT on selection Sunday.
