Poole -- the No. 28 overall pick in the 2019 draft -- scored 11 points at the Milwaukee Bucks on Christmas Day, contributed 10 points (3-for-7 from the field, 2-for-6 on 3s) in Golden State's win over the Chicago Bulls on Sunday and finished with two points in 10 minutes Tuesday night.
The Warriors hope Poole will improve his shooting percentages, and consistently provide instant offense off the bench.
Steve Kerr over the last couple of months repeatedly praised the 21-year-old's work ethic.
"He's really earned a right to play and get his opportunity," Golden State's coach said in early December. "I think he's earned some good fortune.
"I hope the basketball gods reward him accordingly because he's done everything possible to put himself in position to succeed."
