Josh Heupel and Tennessee’s coaching staff continue to recruit future Vols.
The Vols offered a scholarship to 2022 safety prospect Kylon Griffin.
“Truly blessed to receive an offer from the University of Tennessee,” Griffin said on Twitter.
Griffin committed to Mississippi State on March 31.
The 6-foot-1, 180-pound safety prospect is from Montgomery Catholic Preparatory School in Montgomery, Alabama.
Griffin has Power Five scholarship offers from Tennessee, Mississippi State, Florida State, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan State and Penn State.
The football early signing period takes place Dec. 15-17 for the 2022 recruiting class.
