CASEY LARSON: Hey, I'm Casey Larson. I'm from a suburb of Chicago, and I'm a Nordic ski jumper on Team USA Nordic. You're just really trying to dial in on what-- usually what-- for me it's what my coaches are talking about. I mean, when I'm training, and I'm jumping well, only focus on what they're telling me to do. And at a competition, when I have my best competition, I'm usually just treating it the exact same way.

And I think the best tactic for, whether it be the Olympics, world championships, any World Cup competition, is just, kind of, attacking with that same mentality of just going in, and listening to your coaches, and doing what you know how to do. And I think that's, kind of, the way I've-- the way I've always ski jumped and how I have the most fun is just, kind of, not worrying about it and enjoying the jump I'm at and doing what I'm doing.
