The WNBA season is right around the corner, and here with me is WNBA handicapper of WagerTalk Hakeem Profit. Hakeem, let's get right into it. Who are you looking at to win the championship this season?

HAKEEM PROFIT: Well, the clear favorite for everybody else is the Storm. The favorite for me has to be the Aces. I look at them. They made the semifinals the year before. They made the finals last year. And they are missing Liz Cambage and Kelsey Plum. So you put them back in the mix, you add Chelsea Gray from the Sparks, great point guard and Riquna Williams who's a bucket, they already have the MVP from last season, they have the sixth woman of the year, they're stacked. I like the Aces.

MINTY BETS: As a Las Vegas native I like that pick. And Hakeem, are there any betting trends or any specific teams that you loved betting on or fading from last season that you hope to continue this season?

HAKEEM PROFIT: Oh, I had success back in the Sky after they covered a game. I had them my 17 and 7 under that row. I look at the Sparks maybe when they play some of these better teams, 60% when teams are better with high totals. They're under a 7 and 0 their last seven. So I don't know how often we'll see it this year. We did have a condensed season last year. But when teams have zero rest, and we're just seeing middle of the pack totals, it's not super high not super low, the overs hitting at a crazy rate at 85.3% 29, 5, and 3. So when they have minimal risk, I expect defense to go out the window.

MINTY BETS: Awesome. Thank you so much, Hakeem. And good luck to you this season.

HAKEEM PROFIT: Thank you.
