- Welcome to The Mint everyone, a sports betting show where we're not trying to make you money, we're just trying to make sure you don't lose it all. I'm Minty Bets. And today, we need to talk about the AFC.

Are there even any good teams in the AFC? Sure. The Bills are arguably the best in the conference. But the Bengals, Raiders, Titans, and Ravens are boasting a 5 and 2 record entering week eight.

- The Chiefs.

- That's right. The Chiefs are not included in there. And not only are they 3 and 4 straight up, but there are 2 and 5 against the spread.

Don't say I didn't tell you to stop betting on them because I definitely did. Let me save you some money this season. Not by fading my picks, but by simply fading the Chiefs.

People just have to accept that Kansas City is living the Super Bowl hangover and that this may not be their year. And teams that are usually good like New England and Pittsburgh are not that great this season.

AFC matchups are either fluky and close wins or really ugly blowouts. So now that the AFC is basically a crapshoot, and the Bengals are the best team in the conference.

- I don't know what planet we're on.

- Are you going to take advantage of historically good teams and bet on them when they're at plus money, or are you going to ride the hot teams and hope to see someone different representing this conference? There's still a lot of games left in the season. But let's hear your best bet to win the AFC.

I'm Minty Bets, and this has been The Mint.
