ERIC EDHOLM: Georgia offensive tackle Andrew Thomas is a young, ascending talent, [? battle ?] tested the SEC from a school that produces a lot of quality blockers. On the upside, three years of starting experience, held up well against some of the best rushers in the country. Athletic ability and length are ideal for the NFL. And he has left and right tackle experience, making him very attractive.

On the downside, he lunges and leans a little too much. He needs to work on that bounce, a little too reckless at times. Footwork also could use a little bit of a cleanup. For an NFL comp, I see a lot of Ronnie Stanley in his game. And Stanley has become one of the better blockers in the NFL.

Yahoo Sports asked Thomas at the NFL Combine, what sets him apart from other tackles?

ANDREW THOMAS: I would say my knowledge of the game and just how coachable I am. I can adjust to any system. Any [? tool ?] that a coach is trying to teach me, I can pick it up and make my game better.
