Video premiere: Caroline Jones and Jimmy Buffett's moving hurricane-relief duet

Last November, a group of musicians came together for a very special cause: the Trying to Reason Hurricane Relief Benefit Concert in Tallahassee, Fla., which was assembled with the hope of assisting communities in Florida, Puerto Rico, and other islands affected by hurricanes in 2017.

Yahoo Entertainment is pleased to debut the duet between singer-songwriter Caroline Jones and legendary entertainer Jimmy Buffett, “Breathe In, Breathe Out, Move On,” from this benefit for fans to enjoy. The song will be available for download Feb. 2 here, and a portion of the proceeds from the sales will be donated to Singing for Change for their continuing efforts for the hurricane victims.

Jones noted of the collaboration: “Jimmy is authentic to his message through and through. Nowhere is that more evident than in the lyrics of ‘Breathe In, Breathe Out, Move On,’ which is a song about the beauty and resilience of the human spirit in life’s challenging times. Performing the song at the Trying to Reason Hurricane Benefit was a goose-bump moment for me. I’m so honored to be able to share it with the world, in hopes that the song will inspire others the way it has inspired me.”

“This is for all of us right now,” Buffett added. “That’s the way you get through anything in life — breathe in, breathe out, move on.”
