Tennis pro Venus Williams swapped her court clothes for a cute white dress and heels to start her week off fashion-forward. Venus, 41, looked adorable in an eyelet lace mini dress by LoveShackFancy (it's the Divine Mini Dress), which she paired with white heels that highlighted her strong, toned legs.

"✨Monday✨ best foot forward, happens to be in heels ;)," she captioned the pic.

And her followers are loving the look. Charity Morgan commented, "Legs for days!" and LoveShackFancy also commented, "Obsessed!!!!"

Besides playing tennis, Venus is in the gym all the time. And lucky for us, she frequently shares her workouts with her Instagram followers. To hit her legs, she utilizes a Pilates reformer for resistance training. She recently shared a video of herself doing reps.

"Sunday. Repeat Monday - Saturday. Recipe works every time. 💪🏿," she captioned the video.

Venus also shared a leg-focused wall workout, where she does wall bridges, weighted wall sits (she used water bottles as weights!) and single-leg lunges.

In another video, she shared her quick arm and core workout with her followers, which included bridged skull crushers, bicep curls, Russian twists and more.

And she also has shared a 19-minute core and mobility workout.

When it comes to nutrition, Venus eats mostly plant-based, a change she made after she diagnosed with the autoimmune disease Sjögren’s syndrome to fight inflammation in her body, according to Eating Well. She told the mag that she loves summer fruits like cherries, watermelon and apricots, and snacks on kale chips and applesauce that she makes herself.

"It was such a long journey, and I feel like it’s a journey that I’m constantly on, trying new things and quite honestly making mistakes and eating the wrong things," she told Eating Well.

Venus also cooks at home a lot, and recently shared her recipe for her fave mushroom rice pilaf.

She considers herself a "chegan," or a vegan who occasionally cheats. She loves to eat salads, and makes her own dressing.

"I made a vegan butter, and ranch buttermilk dressing. It's just so fresh, and it's so quick. The longest it takes [is the time] it takes to chop the vegetables," she told Women's Health.
