USC vs. Fresno State: Stream, injury reports, and broadcast info for Sept. 17, 2022

·2 min read

USC versus Fresno State in the Los Angeles Coliseum. If you’re at least 28 to 30 years old, and you’re a USC football fan, you probably remember the 2005 game against the Bulldogs in the venerable stadium which has hosted two Olympic Games.

Reggie Bush made the memorable cutback run which sealed the Heisman Trophy. USC and Fresno State engaged in a fireworks show which ended after 11 p.m. in Los Angeles. USC took another step toward what it hoped would be a third consecutive national championship, its offense roaring with potency and horsepower at the height of the Pete Carroll era.

This Saturday, we should expect more fireworks. The offenses are really good, the defenses don’t appear to be very good. Caleb Williams versus Jake Haener? Expect the scoreboard to burst during another late-night game between the Men of Troy and the Bulldogs. Get all your game broadcast information below:

See that photo above? That’s from last September’s Fresno State win on the road in Los Angeles (Pasadena) against UCLA. USC better watch out … and the Trojans better be ready to score 50, because Haener can definitely hang 40 points on the USC defense.
