USC Trojans are the latest to offer 2025 OL Mario Nash Jr.

USC offered 6-foot-4, 270-pound 2025 offensive tackle Mario Nash Jr. from DeKalb, Miss. Nash is a Kemper County High School prospect.

Nash’s other offers include other high-profile schools: Alabama, Auburn, Ole Miss, Penn State, and Florida, among others.

Nash has impressive footwork and does not lack strength despite his slim frame. He will likely need to put on some weight, but he has great footwork and a solid core from which he can build muscle without compromising his movement, balance or agility.

Currently Nash is rated as the 12th best interior offensive lineman in the 2025 class and the 9th best player in the state of Mississippi. He is not ranked nationally but will be ranked soon if I had to guess. USC is making lots of efforts to recruit the South, whether in the state of Florida, Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, or — in this case — Mississippi. The Trojans are trying to sell their national brand and Big Ten identity to players who might not have considered USC in the Pac-12 era.
