Updated Offensive Depth Charts

We have all 32 depth charts here, but this depth chart adds another layer to the typical depth chart because it adjusts for personnel groupings and play type. By doing so, we can figure out how often a player is actually on the field and what type of play is being run when they are on the field. For fantasy football, this is obviously very important.

In the depth charts below, you’ll see each team’s top-two personnel groupings for pass plays and each team’s most-used personnel grouping for run plays. The personnel grouping percentages are based on last year (specifically from Week 10 through the Super Bowl only using plays when the point differential was within 17 points) and are grouped by pass or run. For example: “In the second half of last season, the Cardinals were in 11-personnel on 45% of their pass plays and in 12-personnel on 51% of their run plays.”
