It's the dead of winter right now and, frankly, it’s time for warmer weather to get here. Apparently, Eva Longoria is ready for winter to be over, too—and she just said as much on Instagram.

The 47-year-old actress casually posted a photo of herself in a string bikini, hanging on a boat that’s stationed next to gorgeous rocky cliffs. Eva accessorize the look with tousled hair, strong legs, and six-pack abs. “Anyone else missing the summer sun?🌞” she wrote in the caption. YES!

While plenty of people agreed with her in the comments, most couldn’t get over how fit she is in the photo. “Body,” one simply wrote, while someone else chimed in with, “Fine AF 🔥👏.”

Of course, Eva works hard to get super strong. She regularly drops fitness content onto Instagram, including a shot of herself crushing it on the treadmill this past weekend:

In fact, Eva recently told Women’s Health that she exercises for an hour each day. “I really work out for my mental health,” she said, noting that workouts are her time to zone out and focus on moving her body.

One workout she’s repeatedly raved about is JumpSport, a mini trampoline that uses bungee cords. “Ironically, bouncing on this trampoline is low impact, so you get a sweaty workout without all the pounding on your knees,” she says.

Eva bounces on her trampoline at least five times a week, noting that it helps her be in the moment. “You really have to focus on the routine and memorize the movements,” she says. “They switch sides a lot, which can throw you off, so you have to be on top of it. I love that.”

Eva is big into strength training, too, according to her trainer Grant Roberts. While Grant said in an Instagram post that Eva does “some” cardio, he noted that, “Eva looks the way she does because of weight training.”

“I do very heavy weights,” Eva told WH, which can include moves like squats on a weight rack with at least one 25-pound plate on each end and hip thrusts with a 50-pound plate on her hips. “I feel like my body changes the most when I do that—I wear a heart rate monitor, and I can see my heart rate spike from just doing a heavy bicep curl,” she shared.

Eva is also active in her day-to-day. She just shared a video of herself in her Instagram Story walking at a brisk pace behind her son Santiago as he biked through a neighborhood in Spain. Apparently, Eva’s big on taking walks with her son, because she also shared this photo from one of their treks two weeks ago:

On the food front, Eva told WH she does intermittent fasting, eating between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. She drinks black coffee when she wakes up and then does her workout.

“Then I make breakfast for my family,” she said, which is usually egg whites and avocado or refried beans on flour tortillas. Lunch is often protein-focused, with things like steak, fish, or chicken with vegetables, and dinner is another version of that same healthy protein meal, or a hearty soup, like Italian wedding or tortilla.
