UGA football offers Michigan DL commit
The Georgia Bulldogs recently offered scholarships to a couple of defensive linemen in the class of 2024. Georgia and offensive line coach Stacy Searles offered a scholarship to three-star Michigan commitment Manuel Beigel.
Beigel plays high school football for Choate Rosemary Hall in Wallingford, Connecticut. Beigel is ranked as the No. 662 recruit in the class of 2024. The 6-foot-5, 280-pound defensive lineman is the No. 69 player at his position and the seventh-ranked recruit in Connecticut, per 247Sports.
It is intriguing that Georgia offensive line coach Stacy Searles offered Beigel. Perhaps the Bulldogs consider Beigel more of an offensive line recruit.
Beigel came to the United States from Germany. He committed to Michigan in the summer of 2022.
The Choate Rosemary Hall standout recently received a scholarship offer from Penn State.
The three-star Michigan commit announced his scholarship offer from Georgia football via Twitter:
